Exactly… I keep losing motivating to play an alt because I know just how many Rawhide/Iron Chunks are needed to do anything substantial in the area of experimentation, which is where the fun is for this game.

That’s a good point but it is also much worse because I don’t even have any mats to do anything with my main at all. I honestly don’t know what goes on at Blizzard sometimes.

Rob prob was using the exploit and has an imbalance of mw mats. I have no sympathy for those that use exploits and hit a brickwall

meanwhile i am sitting at 50k of each…but then again i have to farm my own items and not have them gifted to me by subs

i had 50k and i cant even make 1 item 12/12 to hit triple and now is a big issue cuz i keep running out of raw hide and iron chunks

wish they are reading this and fixing the issue

All that proves you have not masterworked anything to 12 more then a couple of times.

I was in your boat 2 days ago, did not believe the stories or posts about running out of iron or hide but I finally decided to masterwork all my gear so I could push higher into the pits. Missed the DEX on my sepozontic masterwork 4 or 5 times (just tried to get 1 hit on dex) and ran out of Iron. It seriously pissed me off and haven’t really logged in since Saturday because of it.

As of this moment the season is less than a week old. A lot of the gear you are spending materials on you will be selling or salvaging or sitting in your stash in a couple weeks. A season is a marathon; not a sprint. If you masterwork gear that you will replace in a couple days than you made a mistake and wasted your mats…
