Welcome to more of RNG disrespecting your playtime.

I really didn’t like the pit be the only source to level up the glyphs.
Its a stupid decision ! Why not just include the pit as second source plus NMD ???

I really don’t understand the dev team. Who thought we wanted more RNG when one of the biggest complaints about the game is the excessive tempering RNG.

Where are they getting feedback from?

like I said, them telling us they’re gathering feedback from US to listen to and put in the PTR is an out-of-season April Fool’s joke

A week ago they invited a streamer called pwnyhof to their headquarters. He recently stated in his streams that he thinks that barbs need to be nerfed about 400% more again and he refuses to use mythic uniques while leveling. He likes to think about himself as the immortal king of noobs and only wants like minded people in his chat.

They’re implementing the D3 system, which, if you never played, basically give you 100% chance to upgrade your glyphs.

It’s only RNG if you have reached a point where you can’t push higher and you’ve max your glyphs as much as you can for your progress, which is going to be people trying to get them from 50-100, so they’ll already be legendary and have the max range. It’s literally just for min-maxers, most people will be happy at rank 46.

Yikes 15 characters required

Pretty sure I’ll just be crushing pit levels 20+ levels over my glyphs, gaining guaranteed bonus levels every single time…it’s not like this game is hard lol…

I also suspect that once you are max level, 12/12, 300 paragon, and all your glyphs are at least “legendary leveled” that getting them to 100 probably won’t matter much. We will see though.

I can complete all content in the game with level 15 glyphs…21 is usually an afterthought I do out of boredom later on.

it’s like in those mobile games, where upgrading isn’t guaranteed lol

Let’s break down how this will probably look in actual gameplay.

From 1-46 (all power improvement in range) you’ll likely be able to guarantee progression. So the primary and largest power systems are guaranteed progression.

To min/max the character to 100% then you’ll encounter % chance to failure (RNG) some.

That seems 100% reasonable. The greater and greater you want to min/max a character the more you have to deal with RNG to get those final few %s in power.

I push the pit and i can tell you all right now basing everything off the pit isnt going to be as fun as people think… it gets sweaty pretty quickly in the pit and it seems like they are maining trying to slow progression… the pit is what you did after gearing a toon not as your leveling??? Do yall see the dilemma now? Maby?

It will be perfectly fine if its like gem lvling in D3. Super doable.

I hope somebody read that last part of my comment and kinda realized the dilemma…

The gems in D3 were 100 percent upgrade at high enough GR.

Idk man alot of us never played D3 so i dont have any idea

Its actually amazing for the first week per season.

The more make the game like d3
The more it will suck
That is a fact
If I wanted to play D3 , then I would play that pile of poo

Interesting that you would get Diablo 4 if you didn’t like Diablo 3, go figure.

They said that it’s not RNG if you are doing pits 10 levels above the glyph level.

They also said that the RNG aspect was so that you had some chance to level a glyph if you cannot do something 10 levels higher as opposed to no chance at all.
