Blizzard really needs to make some kind of system to auto detect these chat bots and stop relying on player reports. we are tired of right clicking to report when they dont get banned fast enough. Logged on for the first time a week and there is dozens of them today

I’ve only turned trade chat on once, and it was out of control. It seems like it should be easy to catch these if someone was actively looking. Just like the “players” that trade in gold all day long and nothing else.

Then everything is fixed!

That’s just ignoring the problem. It still exists even if you remove the game from your machine.

In all seriousness though, Auction house would fix most of it. Just still let me trade items to my friends.
Restrict trade of level 80 items to accounts that have level 80 characters. Now they’d at least have to level!

the main strat of the rmt sites to make gold is buying low selling high off the discords. if they put a in game ah it would open trade up to a lot more players instead of the hardcore ones. This would limit rmt profits a lot trying to buy and sale items to farm instead of actually farming themselves
The last time Diablo games had a AH, they adjusted all the drop rates to compensate. It wasn’t long before the AH became the go to for gear rather than playing the game. We really don’t need that mess again, and Blizzard isn’t capable of doing innovative stuff anymore. Just carry over stuff from D3 has been their go-to so far.

Did you even bother to check? I just did, and I am not the only one. Not even by a long shot. Maybe you should just put me on the ignore list. It’s quite appealing to not encounter any differing opinions these days.
An AH like in WoW only works because the game is subscription based, so the cost to keep an RMT account going is much higher than simply buying a single license like with D4.
And the D3 RMAH was disabled and changed to a basic AH. It still sucked, and was still the main way to get loot, so Blizz did the right thing and removed it entirely.
An AH doesn’t serve a purpose in an ARPG, save to give RMT sites another level to control the economy with.
When you play on Xbox without gamepass, you have no teaming, no chat, no trading, or PvP.
well rmt does the exact same thing right now with discord but adding a ah would curve the buying low selling high a lot. trading is here to stay so instead of just shooting down ideas come up with alternatives that still include trading that people love so much
Everytime I log into the game to play. My screen is flooded on the right side of my screen of those messages asking for money to buy gold.
It’s lame, because I really want to see items for sale, but nope; all I get is junk in the trade channel.

People are still stuck on diablo 3.
I know last epoch was created by an indi team of diablo players and look they released the game with 2 factions trade for those who want to sell, and fortune for those who want to win equipment with better major afflijos.
The auction house will not kill the game on the contrary will have the players playing more, because like the one who buys many will be dedicated to pure and hard farmeo to sell items.
For an ARPG when you buy in an auction house the equipment is linked to your account instantly.
I repeat the auction house will not kill the game.
Blizzard already creates factions and divine the community.
Whoever wants to buy and sell faction trade.
Who wants to go more to farm and get more things fortune and whatever they want to call it, and that if you drop things in fortune you can not sell it if that person does not belong to that faction.
And let’s let die that memory dr diablo 3 let’s look to the future and come up with a better solution to implement new systems to the game.
