Rip and Tear aspect isn’t guaranteeing Crit and Overpower when using up the required charges

Bump, joke company releases a build enabling aspect and it’s broken
and i was looking forward to trying out a build i put together for it specifically.

The aspect is not working correctly, and additionally, having 4 skill charges should grant all available bonuses, but it doesn’t.

really hoping this will get fixed, really want to try my build out this season

Still not fixed in may 13th patch it seems…
no mention of a fix for it in the 2.2.1 Build #64730 (All Platforms)-May 14, 2025 Patch notes.
Further testing nothing about this aspect works, not even the heal from one charge use.
Blizzard are we going to see a fix for this?

A rushing claw build without the need for poison was keeping me interested in Season 8. Blizzard doesn’t care about the bug, and now I don’t care about Season 8. Nice job dev team!

ya doesn’t seem like they are going to fix the aspect the specifically made for this season. Which really sucks becuase that’s what i was interested in playing too.
boggles my mind how this made it here and I am pretty sure it was reported as bugged in PTR when i was looking into other posts on the aspect.
Edit2: lol and it wasnt fixed in the season 9 or season 10 PTR so i doubt it is fixed in the actual season
