Ring of the Midday Hunt doesn’t seem to be proccing the max vigor increase. Both with and without the ring on max vigor reads 100.
Update: max vigor increases outside of town, inside town it doesn’t register.
Interestingly, it’s the same for the Potency Passive Acceleration; the extra evades only start to proc outside of town.
