An uber unique should be at the very minimum BEST in the stats that it provides. It does not provide the highest stats in this regard low on crit, low on lucky hit. Another issue is an UBER should be flawless in functionality this is furthest from the truth for this item.
- Vampire skills cause you to lose the percentage of reduction it provides very pathetic seeing this is the season mechanic. For instance with blood boil if I pick up an orb it restarts the stack for starless skies (very sad that this even happens).
- Potion = resets ring this was not the intention behind the design I imagine as drinking a potion is not a skill.
- Evade = Reset at this point this has to be a joke.
In short I expect that in your next patch notes all of these will be fixed in ring of starless skies. It is a joke that this is even a thing in the first place, you have chase items that don’t even work as you intended them too. I would like a blue response or I will escalate this.
