The ring is simply not increasing my mastery levels of the skills it says it is supposed to increase, I believe the aspect is working but its pretty hard to tell exactly, Im gonna just assume it is. Please fix it i was genuinely disappointed after finally getting it to realize its not quite working. Thanks and have a good day.

Yep the ring is bugged doesn’t increase the passive skills for minions.
