Ring gives incorrect amount of health

I have a ring with +509 Maximum Life and a total of 10,773 Life. If I take off the ring, I have 9,765 Life.

The ring is as follows:

12.5% resistance to all elements
12.5% poison res

136 Dex
509 life
17% attack speed
12.6 resource gen
162.4 ult damage

aspect of iron rain

+12% all res diamond
