What made you think giving bosses a gazillion of health, on top of one shot mechanics regardless of defense was a good idea?
I’m armor capped, resist capped, 20% damage reduct from Shako, masterworked gear and yet bosses like the ghost dude and mother’s embaressement can still one shot me on pit 101.
Current boss fight design is utter garbage… Complete and utter, uninspired garbage…
This is artificial created difficulty only meant to frustrate players. You gave bosses so much health that it became impossible to 100% dodge every one shot mechanic (maybe less cooldowns on skills could help in this regard but this is another thing Blizz seems hung up on: skills must always be on cooldown and CDR won’t appear on gear)
How can there be some many years of great ARPGs having been developped and yet Blizz is out here like it’s their first ever ARPG.

I got touched by a dust cloud and was instant killed. Normally they were just high damage, but you could eat it for a second to finish your volley. They are super irritating. So is the arena sized vacuum bullcrapwith barely any windup and virtually no tell to know it’s coming if you don’t realize that’s the set your on, so you can’t get to the edge.
There are quite a few mechanics that can be thwarted pretty easily be hugging the edge of the arena, but you know, that’s dumb. So is covering the entire floor in a mix of high damage, low damage and oneshot bs. The ARPG genre has never benefitted from these kinds of mechanics. If they want to have them, then they need to give me a sprint, let me rotate my camera, give me a jump and dive, a real combat roll and a stamina stat to manage it. Instead, we get some bs mobility “skills” with heavy limitations that just take a spot on your bar because otherwise it would be empty and it does save your butt 2 times before the third wave of bs.
