Hello,
When attempting the Retching Mass Event in Shivering Wilds, only the first of 3 hordes spawned and I could not get the next horde to spawn despite having 1 minute left on the timer. This appears to be a glitch where when the last monster of the first horde is killed, the next group does not spawn.
Same, except none of the hordes spawned. The mass became invulnerable and kept spitting out its vomit. Happened in Amir Plateau.

I’ve had this bug happen multiple times, both first and second rounds. Just straight up, it stops spawning waves of enemies when it wants to. I’ve had two rounds done and it won’t spawn the third as well as one round without spawning the last two.
Still bugged. Still fails to spawn 2nd or 3rd round. Please remove this event type entirely if there’s no fix. It’s common enough that many other higher level players in helltides I come across joke about this one during the minute of nothing, each time this event spawns.
+1, Still bugged for me as of 2023-09-15. I most recently encountered it just now today, but over the past several weeks this particular type of event seems to fail more than 50% of the time.
still happening, could it be connected to mobs with the lightning pillars? they show up at red dots on the map, perhaps the mass considers them mobs and when they simply despawn it doesn’t trigger the next wave?
Bump, still happening as of 2023-09-24. Usually occurs after clearing the first wave in my experience (2nd wave just does not spawn).
An official response would be greatly appreciated!
Unfortunately, it’s the end of the season and I don’t think they are going to fix this. I just tried the event today and the third wave never spawned.
