I have 3 items that have the affix “Lucky hit: Up to 5% chance to Restore +XX.X% Primary Resource” and I also have over 80% Lucky hit chance with a barrier and yet i find myself STILL running out of mana at an alarming rate. I have a lvl100 on eternal and only had 2 items with this affix and had little to no mana problems. The total amount of primary resource percentage with all 3 affix items is 51.1% Primary Resource. That should EASILY solve my mana problems completely, as I am using Ice shard build. I don’t have any evidence to this claim, however, things are just not adding up. I spend more time without mana than with even though my build has so much mana restore. I believe this may be a bug. If someone can look into this, that would be greatly appreciated.

Is the attack speed the same? That’s the biggest mana killer for me.
my attack speed was even higher on my eternal lvl100 account! mind you, i had no mana problems on my eternal account weeks ago before season 1. On my seasonal character, however, is where the problems are occurring. My current AS on my seasonal is 1.28 per second
