The 4th season of this wonderful game has passed. But one question has remained unresolved since the beginning of season 4.

Issue with Resplendent Sparks for Eternal Realm Players

Hello all - We are currently investigating an issue with Resplendent Sparks on the Eternal Realm. Players may not see any Resplendent Sparks in their inventory despite having them prior to the start of Season 4. We are investigating the issue and we will provide an update for all players once we have one. Thanks for your patience!

I play both in the eternal world and in seasons. And I spent quite a lot of time with my friends farming materials and farming Resplendent Sparks. Since the beginning of the 4th season, they have been reset to zero for players of the eternal world.

Please let me know at what stage of solving this problem with the return of Resplendent Sparks, since the return of Resplendent Sparks as expected in patch 1.4.2 did not happen.
