Resplendent Spark went to HC instead of SC

Hello,
I saw ther was already reports stating issues about uber lilith kill not giving resplendent spark but my experience is slightly different:

I kille uber lilith in previous season and I am currently playing both sofcore and hardcore. After patch 1.4.1 came out to reward a resplendant spark if you previously killed uber lilith I first logged in on my HC character and got my resplendant spark on HC even though I killed uber lilith in SC in previous season. So this means that now I can not get any resplendant spark from killing uber lilith in softcore.

Could you please fix this issue?

I have a similar issue, but in my case, the spark went to a character from the Eternal realm instead of going to the seasonal character

I just killed uber lillith for the first time in softcore and my first kill on both hardcore and softcore of uber duriel. I haven’t recieved sparks for either kill on my softcore character. Is this a bug?

Killed Lilith, Tormented Beast in the Ice, Gregoire, Varshan and Zir tonight and not a spark in sight, just wondering what is going on and if we might receive our missing sparks at some point?
