Resplendent Spark not dropped from Lunar Event reward

From the Tier 10 reward of the recent Lunar Event I understood that sparks are guaranteed drops.
I claimed the rewards, got the horse, opened the other bag and got no spark.
Neither on the ground nor in mats inventory…
How can I get it?

Same here, on PC. No resplendent spark. What’s wrong with that quest???

My spark is missing too it was bugged last time too wasn’t it that they had to give everyone who did it a spark in the end?

I also did not recieve a spark for completing the Lunar event and opening the rank 10 reward cache. I had one previous spark and checked my materials after opening the rank 10 bag and still only had the one. Anything I can do to resolve this issue? Console player here xbox. Thank you!
