Resplendant spark not dropping from Echo of lilith even after 2.0.3

I just killed it right after the patch was released i got literally 1 legendary item from that kill in Torment 3 and no resplendant spark. And that is right after the patch 2.0.3 where this bug was adressed and supposedly fixed.

Happened to me about an hour ago also. No spark for me either

I also didn’t get my spark and I just did it for the first time because I read it was fixed in 2.0.3 patch.

Same here, me on PC and friend on Xbox killed her on T1 and T2 just to see and no Spark dropped. Completed after patch 2.0.3.

Same with me. Killed Lilith for the first time and no spark dropped. Version 2.03 was installed.

This morning I defeated my first Uber Boss and got 1 spark. Then I defeated Uber Lilith shortly after, but she didn’t give me a spark. Please fix this soon. I was on T1.
