Hi, the tempering Weapon Attunement-Necromancer thats says '13%-17.5% Resource generation while wielding a scythe/shield" do not work. I tested with the tempering on some rings with and with out a shield and scythe on. I should have got at least 1/4 of the time reduced to full essence but it was the same time to full essence as when i tested with 0 extra resource generation items equipped(30 sec). Tested with just the plain version of a ring with 13.5% resource generation and nothing else and time was reduced accordingly(26 sec). Tests were done with 106 essence as the base.

i also did a test by recording the time to fully replenish essence after casting a bone spirit. with the tempering while equipping a sword and then a scythe, there’s no difference observed.

no, the bug still persists. the affix has no effect whatsoever.
Just in case guys you wonder how’s going with this bug - still not fixed
