Opinion Question: given the choice between two similar pieces of gear (e.g., Focus), would you choose resource cost reduction or maximum resource? Current choice for me is a 6.4% RCR vs a +6 maximum resource. My sorceress’ main attack skill is Frozen Orb and my current mana pool is only 103. Thanks.
If you can afford it, avoid RCR for the benefit of things that proc off of “X effect after spending Y Mana”

Lol i was going to suggest frigid breeze/regen, but then i membered FO has low enough lucky hit to where that may not work well…
Its good if iceshards, but ice shards isnt the poster child skill of this patch so its lackluster, per blizzard standard practices.
