Resource burn affix is not just being applied to range damage but also melee

i just came here to make this same report.
Little spiders are melee enemies, they’re always high on numbers, i literally can’t generate resource with them. Even recorded it just in case.
Literally unplayable.

Yes, melee are also burning resources. And it seems it is not only 16%. It is a lot more.
This is very annoying. Hope it is fixed soon.

Unplayable. Not fun running around the dungeon with an un-furious Barb when all monsters were burning my resource.
Has anyone seen any acknowledgement of this bug yet?

it also happen to me when i run a nightmare dungeon with resource burn, melee monster burn my resource, making me unable to use skill, this is the evidence Youtube Vid
