In D4, I have the resounding Scream quest active, however I am unable to talk to the seer to continue the quest and complete the end game activity
Same here - once i found a Trace of Echos had a Quest Item in Temis - triggered the NPC - she moved - Quest disapeared from Map - nothing able to activate - but still in my Quest list Resounding Scream is active. Found a Trace of Echos again - nothing changed!

Same. I have picked up at least 4 with no change.
I also have the same problem. “Bring the Trace of Echoes to a Seer” is checked, but there is nothing to follow it up.

I have the same issue. Is Blizzard gonna do anything about this? The season is about to be over with in 11 days.
