I have 40 Ingoliths. At alchemist, I see that I have 40 of them, and I can craft obols.
However, in inventory and the masterworking menu, it shows that I have 0 Ingoliths.

Possible cause: I got them from the 180+ lvl pit which I did not yet open. I got there with a friend who had it opened. Screenshots below (delete the first space and replace the second one with a dot).

Not a bug, you have 0 ingolith and 40 neathiron (as seen in your second screenshot). Ingolith stops dropping from pit level 61.
