Honestly like 10+ mil for a reroll to just roll the same stats youve been seeing over and over again knowing you need to farm and sell thing’s for another 10 hours for another try is the worst can we have any sort of reduction or at least a cap?

You are probably supposed to just roll a few times. If you dont get what you want, just give up and salvage it. More items will come.

Cuz no sane person would gave an OK for this feature…
• Its so half baked that you can roll the same choice at both options and be like wtf??
•No actual thought at system cuz its too much rng due to bloated affixes.
I would suggest to add a “reset token” to make the cost when you began re rolling or after a fixed number of rerolls get your wished affix.

Right now Blizz is like the bad Pr salesman that question themselves why they dont sale stuff
Blizzard have their own set of addicted customers. Look at how they butchered WoW and still have millions of subscribers. They even have people playing Immortal and using the shop there. I’m not even worried that D4 shop will eventually have many QoL items and that they will make a lot of $$$ with it.
You shouldn’t reroll the same thing 100 times, do something else

Itemization is bad and has from the roots the defect… When an item at lvl60 is better than a lvl80 is something really terrible design

There is no lvl 60/80 gear, that is the minimum level to equip that,
You can get a lower requirements item that is more powerfull that a higher one

Do you understand what you wrote? I said itemization is bad due to many factors one of them is Equipping an item at lv 60 (lvl 60ilvl) can be better than an item found at 80. Thats plain bad

You shouldn’t keep every item you find, it’s part of management/game
I mean yeah, that’s just how RNG items work. It’s the same in any ARPG, including the beloved PoE. Though, if you keep farming items with higher item power, you’ll 100% find a better item than the one equipped.
You shouldn’t be able to reroll 100 times because that kills any challenge to gearing. Imagine every time you find an item with 3 acceptable rolls, you can turn it into a giga chad item with just 1m gold. That would be fairly broken

Yeah, I’ve seen a lot of threads like this and I keep thinking to myself that would take out all the achievement of actually getting geared. People feel good with OP gear because they worked hard for it, but when you give it to them on a silver platter it’s meaningless

Soz bro if you defend this system im sorry for you. Blizz released an unfinished game and at some point they ll reduce the reroll cost.
But then white knights wont say Blizz accepted a failed concept but that Blizz did a favor to whiners

You labeling me as a white knight is pretty laughable granted what I think about the company. I’ve played through Legion and BFA, I know how stupid Blizzard can be.
I also know how fanatical people on Blizzard forums are, making it one of the biggest cesspools in the internet.
Back to the point: The challenge comes from it being RNG because you actually need to farm out good gear. You can’t just grind 1m gold and buy it from a shop. That’s how it works in literally every ARPG
At level 60 you might find a good sword. Guess what, at level 80 if you grind literally 5 dungeons, you’ll likely have found 10 swords that are already better. But to upgrade that current (level 80) sword? You’ll need to grind some more and get lucky. That’s an ARPG
