The Zackarum reputation appears to be inconsistent. In the Realmwalker zones the rep is granted with no real pattern, you just randomly see +x numbers drop.
Opals seem to have no effect on rep gained inside or outside of the realmwalker areas outside of the first time you pop an opal and enter a realmwalker area you will see a +24 rep pop and then back to normal behavior.
The items associated with the opals also appear to be broken as they do not drop with any greater frequency.
This behavior is also matched on PC.
