Seeing all of the people posting game-breaking bugs and issues with zero replies from blizzard is extremely frustrating. Do you people even care about the playerbase at all, or just the cash in their pockets?? Ffs, there should be dedicated staff to address your customers and let them know that things are being looked into, even if its likely a lie.
