My wife’s renown tab is completely gone from the game. She had one existing eternal character pre-season 1 and it can still access, earn, and claim renown rewards. Any new character she creates has absolutely no tab like the renown system isn’t even a feature in the game.
We’re level 24 on our first eternal characters we created together. We are playing local co-op. When season 1 started, I created a new solo character on my account without logging into my existing eternal character. I noticed the renown reset but did not know this was a problem at the time and played to level 9, unlocking the first tier of renown and claiming it.
When we could, we started new seasonal characters together. My new seasonal character had 1 tier of renown that I earned on my level 9 earlier that day. However the tab is completely missing on my wife’s character. We played until level 6, and completed the prologue and it is still missing.
So far we have attempted to log into our existing eternal characters, (where her renown bar still exists). We’ve tried earning new renown on those eternal characters. We’ve tried deleting all season 1 characters and creating new ones. She has logged in solo to her eternal character with me completely signed out, and then making a new season 1 and eternal character. And we’ve tried having me logged in to my eternal character and she creates a new character.
Nothing we have tried will let any new character she creates on her account see the renown tab. Opening the map and pressing triangle doesn’t even bring up a window. It’s like the feature is completely removed from her account for any newly created characters, season 1 or eternal.
