can anyone explain the renown carry over , my season 1 character had fully unlocked all renown and was moved to the eternal realm , i did already have an eternal character that was not fully unlocked but i deleted this several weeks ago. Now my season 2 hero has renown unlocked that matches the character that i deleted weeks ago and now my full renowned from season 1.
Is that correct ? Does it mean in season 3 it will take the renown from the former season 1 hero whos sat in eternal for a full season ?
You keep the rewards from renown on your eternal/s1 characters, but not the actual renown level. So you’ll have the skill points, potion charges, obol capacity, paragon points, etc. But your renown bars will be at like level 2.5ish because you do get to keep the actual renown levels from I believe Lilith Statues and zone exploration.
So, if you got full renown in S1, you have all the rewards in S2 and don’t need to worry about it even though your renown levels aren’t complete. I don’t know how it works if you had high renown on a character you then deleted but it sounds like you have one from S1 that moved over to eternal anyway that was maxed.
