There was a succubus head trophy and now it’s gone? There was a quest last season to kill some big succubus lady and I got her head from it but now the mount trophy is gone, any info on this?

Same here! I had it on every char and after the last update it appers to be gone. Crazy fact, I can’t find any info about it on wiki sites either? It just disappeared from existence o.O

Same here. Blood Maiden’s head trophy was available before the last patch and suddenly disappeared.

The funny thing is if you open a ticket with Blizzard support, for bugs and technical issues, they often just tell you to post on the forums lol…

exactly!! i can’t find anything about it on wiki or anywhere else. just disappeared. I thought it was a seasonal quest from a couple seasons ago but I might be wrong, thank you guys 
It was a season 4 questline reward after killing the blood maiden, if I remember correctly. Looking at datamine sites, it looks like it was removed in the 2.0 patch for some reason but on Tuesday’s patch (29th), it was re-added back, so at least it’s back in the game now and hopefully next step is to grant it back to the players who previously unlocked it.
