Remove fog through config file?

For the love of Lilith, someone tell me removing the volumetric fog is possible.

Have you tried setting the fog to low? The game would run at like 500 FPS on my system if I set everything to low.

All setting Fog to Low does is reduce the resolution of the fog in the game, it refuses to fully remove it.

This setting on Low is most noticeable in cutscenes when volumetric lighting and beam fog is coming through windows. It looks like pixelated trash so I brought it back up to High.

I want to strip the game of all fog, which in games like Path of Exile and D3, is baked into the engine itself.

I had hoped a newer title with a better engine would have a workaround to remove.

Many modern games look worse than older ones with simpler graphics if the settings are not high. I’d also rather just outright disable effects than have them at a lower quality.

So if anyone knows config file commands for this proprietary engine… what do the kids say these days… oh yeah, holler at your boy.

I have strong opinion fog can’t be disabled on purpose. They are trying to make us blind. Cause good gamer = blind gamer, right ? /sarcasm/

p.s. i’m really disappointed with such “customer care”
