We don’t need battle pass…
Will never happen. It is the next step in the slow progression to D4:I. We will see more of this with every season until they get what they wanted from the beginning. They are doing it slowly in hopes you don’t notice until it’s too late.

You didn’t think they were going to make it better for players did you? This was telegraphed so blatantly it was just short of sending you an engraved invitation.

well at least thanks blizz i dont just ignore the bpass now i ignore all shop puchases…and tro be honest about 500€ until now only in the shop its a good deal for me thanks again

I’ve seen hundreds of threads and posts about the same things. But I only saw 2 or 3 about the battlepass. And I guarantee you they weren’t asking for what it is now.

At least I understand why they did that. I purchased the ultimate edition (yes, I was suckered to pay extra to play 4 days early, still not over it) and had been able to buy every battle pass with the platinum I got from my original purchase and the platinum I kept getting from every battle pass. So at that rate, I would never have to purchase platinum again. That was definitely not their intention. They want to make money. This is not a charity. So, I choose not to buy them any longer. Simple as that.
season 8 battlepass is joke, 2800 platinum and they have a bug that doesnt give season pass items and devs doesnt do anything about it. I have ticket open and they cant even say when they fix this. DO NOT BUY IT!
While I’m not a massive fan of the current BP they better not remove It I paid good money for it….

I too liked the old battle pass, and the sense of progression you got from it combined with the season journey. It was a fun thing for me.
I didn’t buy every battle pass, only seasons where I felt the game had (IMHO) improved. I had even bought platinum a couple times. With the free currency from the expansion I’m sitting at 4700 platinum, mostly because I just don’t feel the need to buy cosmetics, just the battle pass and that not every season.
I guess blizzard is more concerned with making money then making a fun playing experience.
This has been the case almost since the inception of this corporation. I see no change for the better after the takeover by
M$.
