"Remnants of Faith" Tomyris is missing from the bridge

When i first approached where they’re supposed to be, the mission icon disappeared. I traveled on to Maugan’s Folly and Tomyris was there, depicted on the map as just a dot, and wouldn’t interact. I went into the dungeon briefly, just to see what would happen.

When I exited, the mission icon was by the bridge. I ride over there only to find that Tomyris is missing from the rock that they’re supposed to be on, based on screen shots that I’ve seen.

Having the same issue

I was having the same issue & found out why. I began the quest in a different tier. To fix, just hop tiers until you see her. In my case, I found her there when I went back to tier 2.

Yup, found all the other missing quests after dropping down to World 3, as expected from a B-level game company…meh.
