It’s very simple, druids are unpleasant to look at specially the female, a lot of people dislike them. Overweight people don’t want representation because no one is overweight by choice.

nah a lot of people are fat by choice, they simply dont care.
i am just sick of people pretending fat is beautiful, it is not.

Being fat is not by choice, its just a consequence of eating more then you spend. Not caring just means you gave up.
It’s all about the ESG rating, that’s why overweight, butterfaces and diversity is in the game - some of it makes sense others are just pandering. I just wish we had body type customisation like the Fallout 76 - I would make my Druid look like the Mountain (Game of thrones) with a bit more fat like a Powerlifter body. At least the Sorc is attractive, the rogue to.
These are simply my preferences and opinions, I don’t want to FORCE them on anyone; I just ask to have the options and choices in character creation is all.
no i like the way he looks why does everthing has to be fit and so on thats just body shaming its a form of racism .
Druids believe in harmony and balance with nature…that balanced got tipped with a horde of little debbie snack cakes.

I think your wording here isn’t that great. Skinny isn’t the best thing to be either. I think that healthy medium is ideal.

Dude I played druid because he had my body, used to be muscular but now I’m a dad, I had other priorities so I look a bit more chubby but muscles are still here, just not 6 packs 
.

Being skinny is also inherently more healthy that being morbidly obese.

3 of us played druids in our friend circle this season.
Every single one of us were disgusted by the fact we had to be fat in order to play the class.
Not only does the armor not fit the character well, the cosmetics are pathetic at best (please fire your art director).
Everyone of us ran naked as an on going gag reel about how absolutely horrendous the class looks in clothing, and without clothing.
Saw so many characters named FATDRUID or some hot take on that name… yay druid
Hard enough to play a class where you can’t find your Build defining Unique, but lets also be fat, just because.

I know quite a few competitive powerlifters and they are far from healthy. They strong but most are on all sorts of medications, have diabetes, either have had heat attacks or are not far from it. Shoulder and knee replacements, back surgeries, kidney issues from high blood pressure, etc. if you think powerlifters or strongmen are healthy then go actually meet and get to know some.

I initially would have liked to roll a Druid but no I don’t want an obese character. I want a healthy looking character, not one that looks like a heart-attack about to happen.
