Well, here we go again, less than a week in and Reliquaries aren't loading. Also, Trade chat is down again for ANOTHER weekend, Great job again, Blizzard. Smh.
This might be a you problem, temporarily connect your ps5 directly to modem and see if that works, if it does either you need to set your router properly or more likely get newer router.
I said might be because other games access everything fine for me, but shop/reliquaries don’t work in this game. I blame blizzard DEI hires than my old router. other games and psn work fine here.
On the main screen go over to game and hit the logout option. Then log back in and it should be working. Hopefully this helps you. I had the same issue. I couldn’t even access the store.
