I wasnt rewarded for two purchases specifically the infernal chaos i tryed to get feathermane , and the armor and both gave me error codes. I didnt get the rewards and it took my 16 favor tokens xbox one anyone know how to resolve this issue

If you download the Battle.net app and sign in with the account linked to your Diablo account… accept all T and Cs it asks you to… then the next time you log back in all the things that you had purchased and got an error for will be unlocked and the issue should be resolved!
