Reliquaries still locked after buying Deluxe Battle Pass

Problem is as title states, I purchased the Premium Deluxe Battle pass (or whatever it’s called) for 2,800 Platinum and the reliquaries still have the locked logo on them. Is this because I haven’t leveled or because of the season quest? or simply a bug that will be fixed. I did however get the wings, pet, and armour transmog.

i have the same issue with the regualr premium battle pass for 1,000 platinum

Same here! Deluxe battlepass purchased, but no unlocks.

Same here, having the same issue after purchased the 2800 bundle. The Platinum point has been deducted. Kindly fix the issue.
