Regular Disconnects, Freezing and Rubberbanding

Dear devs/community managers,

these are the issues I am currently experiencing:

  • repeated disconnects when teleporting back to the city after clearing a dungeon
  • freezes when opening various menus
  • constant rubberbanding

I have no connection problems with other apps on my PC. It’s clearly a server issue on your side.

The game is barely playable in its current state but the experience is not fantastic atm. Gonna take a break and just check the forums/twitter for signs that servers have stabilized. It would be great if you could provide communications in the launcher regarding server stability. Appreciate the hard work and I hope these issues get fixed soon.

The same here, softrain! i’m from BR and its impossible to play, sometimes my ping reaches 5000+ and the game disconnect from the server. This happens just in D4, in the other games the connection is normal. I don’t know whats is going on, i did everything recommended by blizzard for connection issues but don’t resolve the problem.

I cant even get in touch with bluzard to figure out what is going on. This is horrible especially when you spend 100 on a game and cant even enjoyably play because character bouncing around and dying due to lag

same for me, was beginning to think it was my wifi connection. I thought for sure the lag would stop after the maintenence they did yesterday…

Keep getting DC and its very laggy, and its not my internet connection
