I have the Diablo 4 physical media (PPSA-08595) and my PSN account is from Brazil. I managed to buy the Vessel of Hatred extension on PS Store, but it has a lock on it, as if I didn’t have the base version of the game.
Playstation support said that there is a regional lock that prevents me from buying extensions or anything in game. Is this true? Is there a solution?
