My kid accidentally used a welcome back booster on a character he wanted to play from level 1, is there a way to refund that booster? Or is that booster just blown and we’re out of luck?
Delete the character and start over. Easy.

Fairly certain that booster is now gone, you can’t get it back.
It’s not the starting at level 1 that is the problem here.
I have never used the booster on any character. Create a support ticket and see if they can adjust it.
You’ll need to create a ticket, but I wouldn’t expect much. Unfortunately Blizzard customer support can only do so much, and if you’ve used/bought something by mistake more often than not they’ll basically say tough luck.

It is gone. You can try to use a support ticket, but i doubt anything will change.
since its your account, you should talk to your kid about future occasions that might compare to these situations. Not everything where you can click “ok” on, is something you need to click “ok” on.

Yea. Once per account. If you own VoH, you get to do it a second time.

Only on the Eternal Realm, and doesn’t work for HC. Boosts you to level 50, completes all the Lilith statues, and I think gives you all the waypoints. Also gives you gear with aspects roughly around a certain build, you have a choice between three different builds per the class you’re on. The problem is there is no confirmation window once you click on it asking if you are sure.
