How many hours have you played?

There are many post on the forums about this.

If you live in EU you can get your money back.

it’s not about how much i played(about 50 i think) just what we got is a joke blizzard as an honest seller(joke) should give us a refund they know about it but will do nothing about it. I am leaving Wow I am leaving battlenet. I live in UK

You played 50 hours of a video game and want your money back?

That’s like going to a fine dining restaurant, eating everything on your plate and then yelling to interrupt all the other patrons “the food here sucks! I want my money back!”

as I wrote here it’s not about how much I played but what they promised and didn’t deliver it they sold me something with a false description

Uk is no longer part of the EU so im afraid you cannot get a refund unless the uk has taken over certain laws.

Edit: try it first with their own system (ticket) after that you can search for false advertising uk law.

What did they promise?

What is it they promised and what was the lie?

Specific examples please.

youre serious? the most hated game in a long time and you ask where they lied? type in youtube and you will get hundreds of answers on this topic

You WONT get a refund.

You need to own a copy of the game
To use the forums so just using the forums you are taking advantage of your purchase even if you don’t like the game

No? Why would you be able to get your money back?

Yes. Where did they lie? Making a bad game does not mean they lied. Surely they didnt promise you a good game. That would be a meaningless promise to make.

These threads are always good for a chuckle. It seems there is a fundamental misunderstanding on what you actually purchase when you pay for Diablo 4. You are not buying a game. You are buying a license to access the game content and the servers. That’s it. There is no guarantee of subjective “quality” or satisfaction, just that the game will run and you can access the servers. Once you’ve done those things, Blizzard’s end of the bargain is complete.

They give you 14 days to change your mind. That is very generous considering you can get a lot done in that time. Steam is only 2 hours. Good luck getting your refund, bro.

on battlenet you only have 2 hours aswell. bro

Huh. People have posted about a 14 day refund policy several times on this forum. I was basing my statement on that due to not experiencing the policy myself because I’m not stupid enough to actually try to refund something after I played it for a month.

They have not deliverd what was advertised on some occasions which in order is needed for a return.

What occasion would that be? We could play a beta, we could see footage from the endgame beta on youtube. I knew the game would be bad on launch but I bought it anyways because I thought they would fix it fast. That assumption was wrong but what exactly did they not deliver that was advertised?

yes, very logical then to write about it. 14 days for a refund is statutory plus a wishful 2 hours from blizzard so that you can’t return it
