Refresher about armor

I have a druid and he is over armored (17.5k). I can’t remember if its 13.5k armor for T100 or is it 13k for T100?

14k armor to hit the cap (85% damage resist) against lvl 160 mobs.

EDIT: 13400 armor against lvl 154 mobs.
