Are the reduced multipliers to main stat and glyphs going to be enough or are damage numbers going to still be out of control
Also blizzard you didn’t need to give us back any of the damage elsewhere we were doing to much

maybe, still not going to stop ppl from finding way to break build lol. i think this was a nice change cause ptr t4 was a joke. now to see how these changes actually impact anything next week
that was the point of the changes, to make game harder, yet more rewarding when you able to push up into higher torments
Right I was saying that they didn’t need to give us back the damage in other ways cause we already had to much
sorry slight dyslexia, Still, let just say I was backing you up with my comment… like yeah dude that point… he correct…
At this point they could, and should, nerf all dmg numbers by 90%+, and it would still not be enough.
Imagine if they balanced the game around all these mulipliers being single digits
A significant reduction since some glyphos had 1000% critical. I was happy with that, I think I’m going to buy the expansion now. I didn’t like that they killed the eternal items. I think the balance between builds is still a problem.
That’s cause all the builds have different multipliers and since their out of control it make balancing a lot harder
so they are nerfing player power, and increasing mob health pools.
I don’t see why people hate completing more than one arpg dungeon a week.
It sure would be nice if monsters could survive a few hits, giving them a chance to do something, anything, during combat.
just want I want out of an arpg. slowly killing enemies one at a time, and not blasting through groups.
That would be a dream.
Fighting more than a ~5 monsters at a time should be a likely death sentence.
Every single enemy should feel like they had an impact on the battlefield.
Why play arpg? why not just go play a normal RPG? Why try to get an arpg to be another genre? I don’t get it.
It is not another genre. Just Blizzard, GGG etc. who twisted a lovely genre into a monstrosity.
D1 had better pacing. Nioh have better pacing.
No Rest for the Wicked seem to be aiming for that too (though time will tell).
I mean, let’s not go crazy here, this would make IH basically impossible for everyone
Casuals would delete and uninstall. I am hopeful the new difficulty tiers is a start down the path of finding easy enough for casuals and challenging enough for the rest of us.
Thats a completely different game model than an Action RPG.
I bet it will still be, but until we play it, there’s no way to verify. I don’t think anyone would bet otherwise
A different game model from whatever Diablo 4 is. Not a different game model than an Action RPG.
If each glyph gives 50% less multiplication, it will be x50% versus x100%. It’s a special reduction. There were reductions in the main attribute’s statistics as well. But the one I liked most was that they reduced the explosion of the additive. I hope we have lower damage .
