I was farming Andariel when Shroud of False Death finally dropped! I picked up the item and celebrated, but then I noticed I couldn’t teleport to town. I also couldn’t disconnect from the game, cast spells, or exit the dungeon — nothing was responding. I tried walking around the dungeon, but the map wouldn’t load and my character became stuck.
I had to force close and reopen the game. When I logged back in, the last few items I had picked up — including the Shroud of False Death — were gone and not saved.
Please help — it was a huge drop and I’d really appreciate if it could be restored.
