I’m trying to follow a popular frozen orb sorcerer build from youtube (RageGamingVideos) but he has two conceited aspects (+damage with barrier)… when I try that one of them gets greyed out. Is it possible to have two of the same legendary effect if one of them is rolled naturally or is of a different value? For some reason his screen doesn’t show one of them greyed out.
edit- sorry I forgot I could easily test this out…tested it out with 2 different affixes of different numbers, one imprinted the other rolled… still grey… wtf? 
You only get the benefit from an aspect once (if you have 2 of the same aspect with different values, it should use the higher one.)
I’m not sure what guide your talking about. The only Frozen Orb build videos I saw on RageGamingVideo’s page use Conceited/Storm Swell/Frozen Orbit/Accelerating as offensive aspects. Conceited and Storm Swell are pretty similar as they both increase damage with a barrier active (Storm Swell also requires Vulnerable and has a higher max). Is that what you were seeing?
Oh ok I figured it out… one is storm swell and the other is conceited (+damage to vulnerable with a barrier) (+damage with barrier)
LOL you have to be a literal fine print reading lawyer to play this game sometimes. No wonder the WoW lead dev was a lawyer before he worked at Blizzard
I feel like I’m reading the details of a billion dollar business contract when I play this game sometimes. I just want to relax and make frozen orb go brrrrrrrrrrr… and save my energy for you know, the times when I have to read the fine print on an ACTUAL billion dollar contract.
I’ve also seen a bunch of very questionable decisions on some of these build guides before that makes me apprehensive about following them to the letter.
