I purchased IV back in jan of 23 played it a bit and my pc crashed I now have a new pc but i cant seem to even find it. Do i have to buy it again? causae i want to get it running so i can buy the new upgrade.
you dont have to buy it again. your games are tied to your bnet account, so since you purchased the pc version back then, you can just reinstall it, granted you use your correct Battlenet or Steam login.

very welcome. Dont worry, youll get this sorted out. Only way a game would disappear from your library would be if you had been banned, which doesnt seem to be the case. Im sure they can help you when you submit a support ticket <3

ok everyone i fixed the issue, I have diablo IV on my pc but i never got it for my ps5 so i sould not run vessel of hatred on the ps5. I rpurchas the upgrade for $20 and eran that install now eveeything is good . thank you all for your help
