Ive got 2x toons prob 170 lvls and i have 4x of every other uniq not the high end ones and no razorplate has ever dropped for me.
i just had one 5 minz back
I found 4 of them on sorc by level 80 something

I have had 5 so far, they are great for killing your sorc. Good thing I can save them for my Necro.
Wish I could give you some of mine. Very fun seeing mobs run up and hit you and explode.
Rng man, i got my first one waay into hitting lvl 100. Now i keep getting them from NM dungeons. But ring of mendeln which I want only dropped once and I’m still trying to get a better roll drop. Same goes for aspect of exposed flesh 
. Only dropped for me once.

Its just rng. Razorplate is fairly common. You are just having bad luck.
I hear you. Also a barb here and have been level 100 for a couple of weeks now. I’ve had the Harrogath chest plate 6-7 times now and not a single Razorplate. I noticed the other responses you got around getting Razorplate seem to be from non Barbarians. My druid friend I’ve played with since the start has had Razorplate 5-6 times now. I die a little inside every time he drops one. But maybe its a class drop issue? I’m yet to see a barb say they got one.

My tw-rogue found plenty razorplates but not a single temerity.
Make a Sorc and tell yourself that you want raiment of the infinite and then you’ll get nothing but razor plates instead.

I’m a Thorns Barb and I just hit level 100 and have not seen one yet. Same goes with my other toons. Uggg…
So im lvl 89, running thorns and life like crazy with beserk…not even in tier3 tier 4 has razorplate ever dropped…even in Helltide when i detroy everything…but others get it easy? Wth…
I’m playing thorns barb, running lvl 100 nightmare dungeons, and still no Razorplate. Not no 900 power one – NO razorplates whatsoever. We need somewhere other than just the one place (regular Zir) to target farm this. I’ve been target farming Zir and getting everything but Razorplate. Did someone leave it off the ‘drops for barbs’ list?
FWIW, I think rogue drops it pretty easily since there is no other chest to drop but razor plate and barb potentially switches the drop to barb unique chest. Either way, run something like 50 Zir and I’m sure you’ll find one, and it will be guaranteed low roll one because this is D4. Good luck!
It drops pretty often for sorc relative to classes that can actually use it like Barb or Necro.
I had more drop for my sorc than both the other classes combined.
Actually this is a true statement! While trying to upgrade my Raiment, all I got were Razorplates. Was like getting trolled each time. Did I finally find one? Nope, another Razorplate.

Cant you target farm this?
It is at Zir I believe. But like I said it took forever for it to drop for my barb there.
