Speaking of key passive, we expect something that significantly increase the power of our builds. BUT I can’t say it about Rathma’s Vigor based on previous experience and recent during PTR testing. It still feels underperforming to me.
What do we have from skill description: “After being Healty for 12 seconds, your next Blood Skill Overpowers. This timer reduced by 2 seconds each time Blood Orbs heal or overheal you…”
The problem is, we can’t always be healty (>=80% of total HP) to sustain timer to 12 seconds especially against high lvl monsters and Bosses.
My thoughts of Rathma’s Vigor possible changes:
- to be healty we need a barier. For instance, Rathma’s Vigor also grants certain % of barier from blood orbs;
- to add multiplicative bonus damage to blood skills or to attacks that Overpowers;
