Rapid Ossification BUG

Rapid Ossification isn’t triggering twice for 200 essence spent in Bone Spirit.

Necromancer Rapid Ossification and Bone Spirit Bug

When you spend 200+ Essence all at once with Bone Spirit your Rapid Ossification triggers only once despite the wording of the Tooltip implying that it should trigger twice. Rapid Ossification: Every 100 Essence you spend reduces the cooldown of your Bone Skills by 0.5-1.5 seconds.
