Hello, I have encountered a localized UI bug where the description (tooltip) for the Rogue’s “Rapid Fire” skill is completely missing. Details of the bug: • The tooltip is completely blank both in the Skill Tree and on the Action Bar. • The bug occurs only when the game text language is set to Russian. • When switching the game language to English in Steam, the Rapid Fire description displays correctly. • The issue persists on newly created characters as well. Steps I have already tried that did NOT fix the issue: 1. Verifying the integrity of game files via Steam. 2. Deleting the Blizzard Entertainment cache folder in %programdata%. 3. Toggling “Advanced Tooltip Information” and “Tooltip Compare” settings on and off. 4. Changing screen resolution and switching to Windowed mode. 5. Removing all legendary items (including Aspect of Repeating). Since the text appears normally in English but disappears entirely in Russian, this seems to be a missing string/translation code issue in the current localized patch. Please look into this.
