Rapid Fire Lucky Hit Is Wrong

There’s something wrong with Rapid Fires lucky hit chance. It might not even be restricted to just lucky hits, but procs in general. Test it out.

For Lucky Hit: Equip the Manglers aspect into an amulet for ~66% proc chance, and you’ll very rarely see that daze effect. If the first arrow doesn’t daze, none of the others seem to.

For general proc chance: Equip the Vile Apothecary Malignant Heart. 15% proc chance per attack, regardless of lucky hit, meaning there’s at least five 15% chances to proc the effect. Once again, if it doesn’t proc off the first arrow, then it doesn’t proc off the remaining. I know this is the case because there’s times I attack and an enemy completely freezes from the first arrow because of the cold imbuement.

The Precision key passive seems wonky as well, unless there’s an internal cooldown that’s not been publicized.

I just don’t know how to continue playing this game as a Rogue. Maybe it’s because I have a HDD instead of a SSD, but I’m greeted by gameplay issues every 5 minutes, and it kills my desire to play this game. This is so clearly still a beta or even late alpha… The state of this game is just so weird. It’s visually and audibly polished to the point you’d call it at least a beta, but the gameplay is so bad that you’d call it an alpha; and then your team seems to be calling it a finished product or official release.
