I already made a post in the Rogue section, but I am adding another topic here to give visibility to the bug, both to Blizzard and to other people who are looking for it, I repeat the same message as in the other thread:
There is a bug with rapid fire and with the Aspect Of Repeating which makes all the arrows don’t be launched when you shoot at a goal, leaving the character bugged, fix it please, now I can’t play Rogue 
I am playing in PS5 and without Scoundrel’s Kiss equipped, FYI.
Literally saaaammmmeee like I need them to fix it. And an alert when it’s done so I can enjoy myself. I’m not using the unique ring so i need the ricochet

Can confirm, having the same issue since patch. It’s crippled my rogue to damn near unplayable since I don’t use the SK ring. Seems like they fixed SK but broke Rapid Fire if the ring is equipped and you have the repeating aspect. Rather frustrating as I was finally enjoying the game again this season.
