Range builds not so fun

SUPPRESION AFFIX . WALLS affix and not be able to damage any mob for a lot of seconds in a tier 55 + nightmare dungeon is kinda deadly… the only counter play in that is getting in melee range, it questions the reason to play range … rly make something like if the mobs are stunned the suppression bubble gets disabled for the amount the mob is stunned.

As a marksman rogue i feel the same, its ridicoulus. I have to conceal or toss a smoke grenade, run in melee range and spam shoot. In D3 the supression bubble slowed down projectiles but in D4 it completely nullifies them which is awful.

The worst problem is when 3 of the elites each has a supression bubble and they are stacking up, you have then run and hug the enemy to be able to do any damage to atleast 1 of them.

Besides the point, as im playing in a group, marksman rogue has probably one of the worst damage in game. You save up 3 combo points to finally crit a 1,5 mil while the other classes either does this per second or unleash a 10 mil crit. So besides being squishy, hindered by 3 different enemy affixes , you also have low dmg at high tier, talking Tier 60+. Hopefully blizz will fix this soon.

I fully agree!!

I was running a Marksman build (2 separate ones) and compared to Flurry or Twisting Blades they all suck.

3 marksman abilities compared to 2 cutthroat ones. 3 abilities that are trash in comparison.

It’s sad.
