This is just the most useless item in the entire game with this affix attached to it.
It has SO MUCH potential to be great, but the “Teleports you to a random location” just makes it the most god awful item in the entire game.
PLEASE remove the “Random Location” affix on this item so that it can be fun.
Wasn’t there a way to effectively turn off the random teleporting with another Aspect or did that get fixed?
It was with a vampiric curse from s2 I don’t think that its 1 of the powers that got perma added though
They should make it be, just a very small port forward
Its true that random is weird, but in theory, its ment so you dont actually use your Evade portal, it pretty much just work as a sacrifice
It’s the Metamorphosis aspect and they did bring it back after Season 2.
It does eliminate the teleporting to random location component of the Oculus, but based on other players’ feedback as well as my own experiences, it can get a little glitchy.
By glitchy I mean getting stuck on walls, objects, etc., so it’s best in an open world environment, such as Helltides as opposed to NMD.
Hopefully they fix it someday because that would be only of the coolest sorcs to play with the newly added systems and items.
The one in D2 was %chance being hit tele you to a random area.
The one for D4 just makes the iconic item garbage.
